Meshpool that sends bundles across regions and will be retried if don't land. Makes using bundles much easier. Additional context: Bundles sent to one region are constrained only to that region e.g. bundles sent to Amsterdam are dropped if the leader is not connected to Amsterdam. Bundles are only kept around for as long as the auction window is (currently 200ms). If the bundle didn’t win the auction, or it did win the auction but didn’t land on chain for some reason, we will drop it. Searchers must connect to all block-engines if they wish to submit bundles during 100% of jito-solana leader slots (leaders are geographically distributed).
