As originally outlined in an early Jito presentation, there was a concept for rating and even potentially blocking access to Jito bundles for validators who do not respect the submission and take advantage from peering in to execute their own transactions in place. I believe that this could benefit any and all MEV enabled submissions to Solana and could be a great addition for scoring metrics for stake pools etc.
